HOLYHEAD HOTSPUR FOOTBALL CLUB COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

It is Holyhead Hotspur Peibio Youth's policy to encourage anyone with grievances to use the procedure below to seek satisfactory solutions.

Holyhead Hotspur Peibio Youth will endeavour to resolve grievances as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the individual(s) concerned. Where this is not possible, every effort will be made to explain the reasons for the decision and, where the individual(s) are not satisfied with the outcome, they have the right to pursue their grievance to the next stage.

It is hoped that most grievances will be resolved during the informal discussion. People who have raised grievances will be treated fairly at all times before, during and after the conclusion of the grievance hearing(s).

Informal stage

If you have a grievance about the Club or its members, you should discuss it informally with the lead coach/coordinator of the session in question, who will give a response within five working days.

Stage 1

If you feel that the matter has not been resolved satisfactorily through informal discussions, you must put your grievance in writing to the Fun Football Coordinator / Welfare Officer / Youth Secretary. You will receive a reply within five working days and a meeting will be arranged. You, any relevant witnesses and the coaches / coordinators from the session in question will attend the meeting. You may choose to be accompanied by another individual. You will be given a response within five working days of the meeting.

Stage 2

If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact the FAW Welfare department to discuss the matter further.

*If the matter is in relation to welfare and child protection this should be referred to the FAW Welfare department at the earliest opportunity.*
