Duties:

• To stand in for the Chair when required.

Acting Secretary – Dylan Edwards

Duties:

• The point of contact between the Club, League and other clubs
• Responsible for Club administration, correspondence and other communication
• Record the minutes of the YDC monthly meetings
• Ensure club affiliation and league membership
• Ensure all payments and fines are paid on time and recorded

Treasurer – Richard Parry

Duties:

• Managing the Clubs finances
• Collecting subscriptions
• Presenting regular written financial statements to the YDC
• Providing an end of year financial report
• Support all fundraising and sponsorship opportunities

Welfare Officer – Richard Parry

Duties:

• Monitoring and applying the Club's policies
• Advising on training opportunities and recording coach qualifications
• Handling complaints

Duties:

• Manage and run the Club's Soccer Schools and community based initiatives
• Organise training schedules and pitch bookings
